What you choose to share

Our forms ask for your preferred name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and agreement to use these details. We also record the page used, a submission reference, the date, and the inquiry status. Please do not send identity documents, financial details, or other sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

GOC uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry. Sending a form does not enroll you in a program, commit you to a role, make a donation, or subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in GOC’s connected Supabase database. Database access is limited to authorized project administrators and the form backend; other website visitors cannot read submissions. Supabase processes the form request, and Vercel hosts this website. These providers may process technical request logs under their own policies.

Stripe-hosted checkout

Stripe’s checkout and donor portal collect payment and billing details directly. GOC’s website does not collect card numbers. Stripe stores payment and subscription records for authorized account administrators. GOC receives signed payment-status notifications; diagnostic logs contain event and transaction references, not donor email addresses or card details. The test checkout uses simulated payments only. Website inquiries remain separate from payment records.

Managing your inquiry

Keep the reference shown after a successful submission. To request a correction or deletion, send an inquiry using the same email address and include that reference. Identity will need to be checked before changes are made. GOC administrators manage retention and deletion; automated deletion is not currently configured.

We do not add advertising trackers or newsletter subscriptions through these forms. Provider policies: Supabase and Vercel.
